Experience Vibrant Ministries for Children, Youth, and Young Adults

We believe that instilling DRIVE into our younger generations means having ministries that intentionally provide Direction, serve to Refuel, facilitate opportunities for Integration, lead with relevant Vision, and produce Energy for service in them.

At the Community Praise Church, we envision a generation of Children who passionately love Jesus, and have the DRIVE to do God’s will! We are committed to providing a safe, warm, and engaging space to nurture Children into warm, loving relationships with Jesus.

Adventurers support parents and care-givers in leading and encouraging their children in a growing, joyful love relationship with Jesus Christ. It offers instructional curriculum, family enrichment, supplementary resources, and volunteer training from within the Seventh-day Adventist philosophy. The Adventurer program works to fulfill the gospel commission (Matthew 28:18-20) and depends on the support of a congregation strong in mission and empowered by the Holy Spirit.

Do you want to worship with the best of God’s most energetic, inquisitive, teachable believers? Then that would be…Kidz Church! It is prayerfully hoped that the children will understand what being Christ’s disciple means and make their personal stand to unite with Him.  Kidz Church meets every 4th Sabbath, from 11:45 am – 2:15 pm in the Fellowship Hall.

Children’s Sabbath School is a unique part of the Sabbath worship service, allowing children to learn about Jesus through social interaction, Bible study, praise, and prayer in an environment that caters to the learning styles of children.

ROAR stands for “Respect Others Act Responsibly.”  A rites of passage program for boys’ 8-12 years of age, its mission is to help boys’ transition from puberty to young adulthood by teaching them biblical principles and what it means to be a Godly man.  This is achieved through monthly meetings that focus on character building, self-discipline, conflict resolution, goal setting, etiquette, personal hygiene, leadership skills and a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

The Community Praise Church is committed to engaging Youth in powerfully relevant ways. In a time where the faith of younger generations are up against the most unbelievable obstacles, it is important that spiritual leaders facilitate ministry that develops character, virtue, and the divine DRIVE inside of them to successfully overcome these challenges.
