Before You Sign Up,

Please Review Participation Guidelines

Thank you for your interest in joining “Look Who’s Coming to Dinner.”

This event depends on flexibility, hospitality, and a willingness to enjoy the surprise!

Please read the following carefully before registering.

Be Open to the Surprise
  • This is a mystery fellowship experience.
  • Hosts will not know who is coming. Guests will not know where they are going until the official reveal time.
  • Participants should be comfortable meeting new people and engaging in warm Christian fellowship.

Commit to the Date and Time
  • Your sign-up is a firm commitment.
  • Because groups are carefully arranged, cancellations create hardship for others.
  • Please register only if you are confident you can attend.

Keep It Simple
  • This is not about entertaining or impressing.
  • Modest homes, simple meals, and relaxed atmospheres are encouraged.
  • The goal is connection, not perfection.

Role Expectations
If You Sign Up to Host:
  • Provide the main entrée and a few side dishes, along with a welcoming space for fellowship.
  • Your home does not need to be large or formal—just comfortable and inviting.
  • You specify the number of guests you can host and whether you can accommodate children. You will not be asked to host more than the number you specify.
If You Sign Up as a Guest:
  • You will be notified if you need to bring a side dish, beverage, or dessert to bring/share.
  • You will receive your destination on April 6th via email. Guests should not reveal the address of the home they are visiting.

Practice Hospitality and Grace
  • Arrive on time.
  • Be mindful of dietary needs once assignments are shared.
  • Come with a spirit of kindness, conversation, and encouragement.
  • This is a fellowship ministry, not a dinner party competition.

Embrace the Purpose

This event is designed to:

  • Build new relationships within our church family.
  • Strengthen unity across ministries and generations.
  • Create joyful, Christ-centered community around the table.

“Above all, love each other deeply, because love covers over a multitude of sins.
Offer hospitality to one another without grumbling.” — 1 Peter 4:8–9

If these guidelines reflect your spirit and availability, we warmly invite you
to sign up and prepare for a wonderful Sabbath of faith, food, and fellowship.
