Tips for Better Sleep
☀️ Daytime
1. Light – Get plenty of natural or bright light.
2. Exercise – Aim for 30 minutes, 5 days a week for deeper sleep.
3. Mealtimes – Eat at consistent times daily.
🌙 Nighttime
4. Avoid – Skip heavy meals, nicotine, caffeine, and alcohol before bed.
5. Wind Down – Stick to a relaxing bedtime routine and aim for 7–9 hours of sleep with a set schedule.
6. Environment – Power down devices an hour before bed and sleep in a cool, quiet, and dark space.
