Hello & welcome to the Duets Ministry page! We are Adrian and Kenay Wright, your ministry leaders for 2009. We hope that you will check this page frequently because we will keep it updated with resources to aid you in making your marriage everything that God called it to be!

2009 Duet Leaders

The primary mission for Duets is to reinforce God’s original purpose for marriage, which is to teach us about His infinite love for us.  In order to achieve our mission this year we created two very specific goals that we have “married” together… 

“NOW IS THE TIME TO…” In keeping with the theme that our pastoral staff set forth for our church body at large, we are challenging you and your spouse to explore this statement in the context of your marriage. Surely, the time has come for you and your spouse to do something special, maybe even life-changing! It could be that ‘thing’ you both always dreamed of doing, or it could be something the Lord has only recently placed on your heart. Either way, NOW IS THE TIME!

“LEAVE NO SPOUSE BEHIND” When we say this phrase we do not intend for you to meddle in someone’s marriage! Instead we are challenging you to esteem the marriages in your inner-circle to the highest regard. We are called to be guardians of the institution of marriage. We must, therefore, support newlyweds, seasoned, flourishing, and even struggling couples with our most loving words, deeds, and prayers! Whether or not a couple is “inside or outside” of the church, we can no longer afford to let marriages come under attack, which separates the family of God! So this year as you strengthen your marriage please “LEAVE NO SPOUSE BEHIND.”

Through this ministry, we want to create a Christ-centered network of relationships where all married and engaged couples can find support and resources for their marriage. God ordained marriage! As we seek to encourage couples to focus on Christ through education, inspiration, and fellowship, we pray that every marriage will be strengthened by the examples of strong, Spirit-filled, Godly marriages found within our church body.
